Unused this app for quite a while but about 6 months ago it began cracking and is completely unusable. It crashes after connecting to the meeting every time.

I excitedly installed the app. It was just what I needed. Ability to store many different conference codes associated with frequently attended meetings. Also, nice feature that it alerted me that participants had starting dialing in to my meeting but I hadnt started the meeting yet. Love the easy "call me" feature. While traveling, it is sometimes difficult to find the right number to call for the my current location/country. BUT... Crashes once I joined my meeting. Sometimes it didnt recognize I was pressing "1" when asked to start meeting. Kept pressing and the system said invalid response. Then app crashed. Great vision but needs work! Please fix.

I have been using this app for years. I love the VOIP option but recently it has been unstable. Also the start the call feature fails with VOIP option every time. Always thinks I dont have an Internet connection. Tried to use dial me, but it has stopped working. I miss the old version.

Will not allow inputting your account details. Put in your dial in and it advances screen before you can add your PIN, thus invalid log in.

After a restore from iCloud, this app will never start. It will crash at initialization.

It is nice that I can start and join meeting from my mobile device but the app doesnt seem to sync with meeting scheduled on the intercall web portal. Is that feature missing or is the app not working correctly? I would learn that for myself if intercall provided any written info I could access.

App accesses and schedules call on my calendar, but fails to include invitees, which pretty much voids the purpose of a conference call, and requires just as many steps as setting one up manually. Additionally, customer support inquiries have yielded no response, further diminishing my opinion. This could be an extremely useful app if the basics were covered.

- takes a lot of time to connect and verify to server - while opening the bridge it defaults to a Singapore dial in although have changed it a few times - Performance of the app needs improvement even on best high speed connections

What is the point of this app if all it does is use your phone function to join the meeting (wasting my minutes.) Also, all it shows in the app is who is talking; does not display the screen share from the presenter.
