Worked for a few months, now evertime I try to start or join a meeting all I get is a red error message. Total junk. Gone back to just dialing the numbers.

This app is hard to manage, complex to use, only enables cAlling its own com calls and not any con call as before, cannot choose how to callin or out by each end point, now it crashes on dial. Useless after a lot of work to migrate all my conference contacts

This was a great app but now it throws an error once you press on "join meeting now" - please fix ASAP!

Great app- love the updates and new features

I used to love this app, but since the January update, it just doesnt work. It shouldnt take 3 months to publish a fix. Get with the program, Intercall. #fail

Thats the only word on the screen when i attempt to use it. Not good

Wont connect, just states "error" with no detail or chance to fix the problem. Even when it works its way quicker just to dial yourself.

In the car on the way to airport, need to get on a conference call. MUST download new app that doesnt even transition the old conf codes you have saved!! Have to stop, write down the code, set up entire new app. Ridiculous!

1. You have to re- enter everything. 2. You no longer can have multiple dial in numbers. 3. It takes forever to connect. 4. Youve disabled the old working app so you can not get your old information out anymore. 5. It is much easier to dial into a meeting from your address book that to use this piece of crap!

Did not retain any information from the last app. Does not recognize my conf number deails. I just deleted it after 10 min! Why disable the old app??? It was working just fine. Waste of my time!

I used the previous app daily for my conference calls but I will not be using this new versus. It wants access to my contacts and calendar for some reason. It did not even import my old conference bridges from the last app. I will be removing this software and just entering all my bridge lines as contacts myself.

This looks like the next version of "InterCall Mobile Assistant". InterCall Mobile Assistant was a simple app, that had a few issues, but overall was very easy to use. MobileMeet has 10x more feature, and is 10x harder to use. I dial into about 4-8 meetings per day via inter call. cons: 1. it shows you your calendar of meetings and the meeting has the inter call number, but you cant 1 click join from there 2. my inter call #s from InterCall Mobile Assistant didnt migrate over to Mobile meet 3. You cant edit a profile onces its save. And you cant add a leader pin to an existing profile. pros: good for starting your meeting and has voip

Liked the old app from Intercall. They locked us out of old app and pointed to this one. Why!?! And then this new app is buggy and doesnt work they way I want. Deleting App. PS - I created my feedback account for the first time just to write this review.

If you had Intercalls previous version with several dial-in contacts set up, you cant transfer them automatically. And because the old app is blocked when you load it, you cant even get to the info to transfer it manually. So you have to recreate everything from scratch. Then, when you enter data manually to re-set up all your old contacts from scratch, if you make an error/typo entering the code, the app doesnt give you a chance to re-enter it for the person whose name you entered. You have to start again as if you were entering a new name. With a bungled setup process like this, I cant wait to see how bad it will be when its time to dial into a conference call.

Things they got wrong: 1. Verify account status on each meeting. Why? Seems to fail frequently and you are stuck with manual dial in. 2. Spell check profile names. Really? Tedious to correct spell check mistakes. 3. Cant edit profile names - after spell check gets it wrong, you must delete and re-add. 4. Cant create meeting contacts without granting access to contacts. Can add a meeting through another screen. 5. Sort profiles by last name but display as first, last with no ability to change sorting. How often do you know different contacts better by first or last name. What about meetings without a contact? 6. Has a calendar but you cant join a meeting from it. 7. Integration with meeting center is clumsy. How often is this needed? Why not make dialing in the easiest thing? At least the callback is always from the same number now, so you can a list the number and not chew through your minutes. There are other dialers out there that are much easier to use - spend some time investigating those.

My team and I will not be using this app. Way too many steps and confusing to set up

InterCall had a perfectly functional app, and they replaced it with this buggy, invasive fail-fest. Pity.

The transition from Mobile Assist over to MobileMeet failed badly. Mobile Assist app was nice and easy to use. With the MobileMeet app the Call-me function does not work for phone numbers outside the US. Can we have the Mobile Assist app reinstated while the MobileMeet is fixed?

Cant even import old InterCall accounts I dial to as an invitee. Time for revision 2

This app looked so promising when it became available but sadly it is extremely unintuitive and badly designed. The basic idea is to integrate with your calendar and make it easy to join meetings when on the road. Sadly it does none of these well or easily. When a user gets so frustrated that they have to manually dial in and join a call, clearly the primary goals of the app were missed. I have spoken with other users of this app at my very large company who have experienced similar issues. So back to the drawing board guys!
